Born in Madrid in 1975, Carmen Huerta was trained to advertising communication before working as a graphic designer. In 2001 she becomes an illustrator for the Elle, Woman, El Pais, Rolling Stone or Vanidad magazines, for Jean-Louis David, Unipapel, the jeweller Carrera & Carrera or the Custo brand. Her provocative creatures are displayed in satin-like paper pages of Vogue in Spain or Glamour in Germany. In 2003 she participated in the collective fashion's illustrators? exhibition PaperChic in Madrid.
